Owned and operated by The Grand Church, we provide a safe, nurturing environment where children grow academically, socially, and spiritually. Rooted in Christian values, our program offers engaging learning experiences, loving care, and a strong foundation for future success. Meet the Team
Ashley Adams
Director
Ashley is a wife and mother of five with a heart for serving children and families. She knows the importance of having your children with people you can trust and is excited to partner with this community in helping provide quality childcare. She brings 13 years of experience working in a DCFS-licensed maternity home and child residential facility, where she served as both a Direct Care Worker and Administrator/Staff in Charge. Ashley has also faithfully served in Children's Ministry at The Grand Church and is passionate about providing a safe, caring, and supportive environment for every child. She is certified in Child Development, CPR/First Aid, Medication Administration, Safe Sleep, and Car Seat Safety.
Leslie Davis
Assistant Director
Leslie is passionate about early childhood education and dedicated to creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where every child can thrive. She believes in building strong relationships with families and partnering with them to support each child's growth and development.
With more than 25 years of experience working with children, Leslie has served as a Pre-K Lead Teacher, Kindergarten Co-Teacher, and 2nd Grade Co-Teacher. She earned her Child Development Associate (CDA) credential in 2023 and is committed to providing high-quality early childhood education through compassionate care, meaningful learning experiences, and developmentally appropriate practices.
